Payment and Pricing Policy
The prices quoted on www.facialsecret.com are displayed in United States currency and therefore valid only in U.S. currency. We reserve the right to change our prices at any given time. Sales tax will be calculated by the ship to and bill to address of the order and will automatically be added onto the order. We are required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Mississippi only. Payments can be made via the web site using either PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, personal check or money order. Returns
If your Facial Secret® unit is damaged in shipping please notify us and we will replace your product immediately upon receipt back to us. We do not cover your shipping costs for returned products that were damaged in shipping. A copy of your invoice must accompany the return or it will not qualify for replacement. To return a product please contact us for a return authorization code. You must contact us within 60-days of your original purchase date of your unit to qualify for a return under our 60-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee return policy and you must have either mailed the completed warranty registration card included with the unit or completed the on-line warranty registration.
Please note: Refunds are issued by check. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks. The M & D Group will not guarantee our Facial Secret® unit if purchased on eBay, or any other online auction sites, or any unauthorized distributor or dealer. The Official Facial Secret® store, located at www.facialsecret.com, is the only authorized online store from which to order Facial Secret® products.
One Year Manufacturer's Warranty
The Facial Secret® unit comes with one (1) year parts and labor warranty based from the original date of purchase. The product warranty activation requires that you either mail in the completed registration form included with the unit or complete the on-line product warranty registration so that we will have your serial number logged into our systems. Your unit includes a user guide with answers to commonly asked questions, product information, as well as customer service phone numbers. For questions about your unit, or usage, please refer to enclosed user guide. Please keep all manufacturer information handy so you may refer to as needed and also have customer service numbers for any questions or exchanges. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as we require proof of purchase on all services or exchanges. Made in U.S.A.
The M & D Group warrants that your Facial Secret® unit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable to another party. We will not be responsible for damages caused by misuse or abuse intentional or otherwise. We do not cover shipping charges for returned products. This warranty is non-transferable and applies on the Facial Secret® unit purchased through a Facial Secret® authorized reseller in the United States. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The Facial Secret® unit offers a 60-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Our 60-day money-back guarantee becomes active on the day you receive your unit provided you mail in the completed warranty registration card or complete the on-line product warranty registration. If you would like to return your unit after using it as directed for a fair trial period, please email us and you will be assigned an RMA number. Refunds will not be given for packages received without a valid RMA number. Shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer. A refund will be given if product is returned within the allotted time period and all materials, including the printed retail box, are returned clean, complete, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. There will be a minimal restocking fee, but there may also be a reduction in the refund if we are unable to insure credit in the same manner as payment was made. We do not refund the shipping costs to return the unit.
